Although Singapore has strict leash rules, like any training, I would encourage my clients to be prepared for all situations. Also, this is perfect for when your puppy has the zoomies, keeping them safe, and you won't have to worry that your dog would runoff.
Recall training is fundamental for any dog and I highly recommend that all dogs are kept on a long lead when practicing recall. Until you have successfully and consistently tested your dog on various types of stimulation, I would highly recommend that you keep your dog on a long leash for safety reasons.

Leashes are made out of BioThane® which basically is a polyester webbing with a PVC coating that makes it more durable, waterproof, and easy to clean.
It is light, making it convenient for long line work and recall practice. Do not be mistaken, it has a break strength of 170kg. So unless your dog has a weight strength of a male panda bear, we'd suggest doubling up.
We designed it without a handle, to ensure that it does not get caught on things whilst you let it drag on the ground. Keeping in mind that your dog would be dragging it on the ground, a long line without a handle also ensures that the leash does not collect unnecessary drag and dirt.
Do not worry, it is easy to wrap around your hand, making it versatile enough to be shortened to practice heelwork too.
We also included a slip leash conversion, so should your dog's collar come off, you are able to secure your dog quickly.
It is also resistant to abrasions, cracks, mold, and mildew. The good news is that it is stink-proof, allowing you to drag it around for training. No worries if your dog dragged the leash across poop!
Best part is the zero downtime. It is easy to clean and dry.
With previous traditional canvas long training lines, we had to have multiple leashes being washed and taking as least 24 hours to dry before we could use it again. Imagine an entire washing line full of training leashes during monsoon season!
